My Great Grandad worked at the Hutment Barracks from 1895 onwards. He was David Henry Huntingford. The family lived in a cottage near the barracks. I would love to be able to pinpoint it precisely. Any suggestions? The address was 7 Poulton Rd. They later moved to 197 Poulton Rd.

The numbers on Poulton Road started at the town end. Number 7 was on the south east corner of its junction with Styan Street and the property looks to be still there.
