As the subject line suggests, it's Easter Weekend, which means it'll probably rain, and/or most of our members will be out wandering round garden centres, farmers markets etc. at the fully loaded end of their other halves. Best not interfer with the plans of other halves, that's my motto.

However, the A.G.M. is next Wednesday night so we'll get organised proper about continuing the survey work, putting in some advanced test pits in lieu of May's excavation, and all the other necessary bits and pieces then. Until Wednesday evening, therefore, have an excellent Easter.

Brian went to a garden centre farmers market!! Barton Grange and was shocked! No misshapen carrots or eyed potatoes or soil on roots and was issued with a plastic look a like ye olde country bumkin wicker basket. I even found my chinese tinned veg at twice the cost. I left after seeing the overlaid price of the eggs. Ouch!! Happy egg hunting Shirley (hope there is a nice choccie egg for your Michelle......)

Shirley,

She's got a chocolate bunny, which was incredibly difficult, I discovered, to rewrap after I seceretly bit its ear off.
