Hi everyone, Im a new member and doing my family research it came to light that my ancestors ran Wardleys Hotel in the 1800's, and just when I've booked a weekend in Hambleton I find out the place has been on fire! The relative I mention was the wife of Thomas Houghton who was listed in the 1881 census as a farmer of 101 acres, her name was Agnes nee Thompson can anyone help me with any more information on this family please? or point me in the direction of anybody who can? either way Im looking forward to visiting hambleton and the Fylde Coast this weekend
