 Post subject: Crop marks on Google Earth

I am sure many of us occasionally use the vertical images on Bing and Google Earth to look for crop marks. If so, you may not have noticed, as I hadn’t, that on the Google Earth tool bar there is a clock symbol. Clicking it brings up a slider which allows you to view “historical imagery”. Using it should bring up a few previous vertical photos of the area in question, which may provide the evidence you are seeking. If only Google would extend the facility to Street View, for retro-views of our ever-changing urban landscape!
